Summary
Since 1958 riese electronic places his name and brand in the market of EMS providers and system supplier for electronic devices and assemblies. We establish ourselves as a well known system partner for developement, productions and testing of customer specifics IPC* as well as box build products. We produce more than 1000 different print circuit boards, and many of them will be assembled to complete electronical devices. Several different SMT mounting lines and serveral fully automatic THT-, axial and IC mounting lines are available in the production. riese provides a full array of testing services as an important element of our integrated manufacturing capabilities. At the board level we provide visual controle, In-Circuit-Testing (ICT), and of course a customers specific functional testing. At present app. 120 employee will be occupied at riese electronic gmbh in Horb a.N. and Langenwolschendorf (Thuringia). When suitable we are working closely together with our long time partners in Hungary and China. * IPC = Instiut of Packaging and Connection from the USA. These are sets of rules for the layout, the production etc. instead of work norms only of one's own. What we do in abridged words: 10 persons are engaged in research and development Programming in C, C++, SIL know how in safety features and equipment. TÜV, BG, UL permits. International purchasing of PCB's and components. Regular active supplier management of the supplier in Asia and Europe. EDI-Interface, Kanban system agreements with our supplier and customer. Commissions - and forecast stocks. RoHS compliant and non RoHS compliant production. Production facitility in Germany - Baden-Württemberg and Thüringen. Production partnership in Ungary and China. 4 pcs. of different SMT mounting lines and 2 fully automatic THT-, axial and IC mounting lines. Washing process available, Productions steps like force fitting, riveting, pressing, weld and varnishing is available in specials cases, 3 wave soldering maschines, 2 temperature safe, run-in- and burn-in-test, high voltage test, 4 places for In-Circuit-Testing (ICT), serveral different places for customers specific functional testing. AOI Testing: Automatical optical testing BGA examination: We can check other covered soldering points (connector strips, QFN, BGA etc.) for excellent soldering with our Ersa Scope BGA assemblies and much.
