riese electronic was founded in 1958 by Dipl. Ing. Roland Riese to develope industrial and custom circuits.
At the beginning in 1958, the company was located in Stuttgart. After a short time, the premises gets to small and the company moves to a new and larger location in Schönaich, a city closed to Böblingen.
In addition of electronic development the company starts the limited lot productions and prototyping of electronic devices.
Due to a large number of orders the location in Schönaich becomes stil to small after a very short time.
1969 Roland Riese starts building an new factory and principal office in Horb a.N. |

Today more than 100 employees are working in Horb a.N. at a place with more than 3.500 square meters of production and adminstration.
Since 1991 riese electronic has a subsidiary plant with 20 employees located in Zeulenroda-Triebes Thüringen.
Nowadays, riese designs electronical devices only in conjunction with the serial production of the devices.
In 1998 Oliver Riese, Graduate in Business Administration, take his place in the company as owner and managing director. |
